Full Moon in Cancer – December 29, 2020

The last full moon of 2020 is right at home in Cancer. Cancer basically provided the bookends of 2020; as our first and last full moons of the year being at home within the feminine sign, this basically represents the divine feminine taking rise. This was symbolic in the sense that this year we were forced to take better care of ourselves, set better boundaries for the sake of focusing on our needs which in turn allowed us to see the World with a more compassionate and sensitive lens.

Over the course of this past year, we were forced to face our shadow as Capricorn had dominated the cosmos, and with that it had placed a microscope on unnecessary programming, inner toxicity, defense mechanisms which serve as blockages, and all of the things in between which held us back from aligning to our best selves. This past year has been most definitely very tough on us all. While we may have experienced different waves throughout it, we can all agree that it was not only transforming, but it was also very grueling in the fact that many of us were forced to face our shadows and to mend old wounds and karmic cycles, not just from this timeline, but from timelines past; our prior lifetimes, as well as the ancestral wounds and cycles in which we inherited so to finally overcome for the sake of the collective’s ascension process.

​Cancer received the symbol of the crab because when the world gets too tough, Cancer is more than likely to retreat to its shell and hideaway. And so, we may be more prone for disappearing acts when we need to retreat in order to tend to our wounds.

Now that the cosmos are focusing more on Aquarius, we no longer have to get into the nitty gritty, but rather take what we had learned while under the microscope of Capricorn and use it to better humanity as a whole. 2020 was a year of cutting away whatever was weighing us down from the upgrades we needed in order to usher in the new age of Aquarius, so to place a new focus on humanitarianism, so we can all do our part in uplifting humanity together.  Besides, all of the work that we had done for ourselves, wasn't just for ourselves, but for humanity as a whole. As we heal ourselves, we heal the collective as we are just a ripple within a vast ocean.

When the moon is in cancer it is at her most nurturing phase, this is where the moon's focus is turned to the home, family, children, and mothers and expressed in the many ways in how we can nurture these aspects, tend to the care and needs of these in a more sympathetic approach and compassionate touch.

During this time, sensitivities may be running at an all-time high, we are more than likely to express our emotions in a more sympathetic and compassionate way… or perhaps more defensive and triggered. For many, this may be a time where wounds are triggered as that last little bit of clutter in the closet is waiting to be cleared, and so we are gifted a mirror in which others will reflect on these triggers to aid our shadow work process.

The Full Moon calls for us to rest, to release, and to put an important focus on our self-care and our spiritual and emotional needs. This is a time to rejuvenate our body, mind, in our souls, so that we can enter in two 2021 with a more refreshed mindset, a stronger body, any more powerful soul. as we do this, we strengthen our connection to the divine, we ready our vessels so to channel the message is, blessings, and miracles in which source wants to bestow upon humanity.

While the full moon in cancer does oppose you, Aries, it does seem that it is going to bestow a gift upon you. This gift is going to be supportive as well as perhaps a financial boost. Whatever the case, you are going to find a strong sense of stability during this time, and this stability is going to be protected, meaning that whatever you are given cannot be taken away. This gift is going to be something in which helps you obtain a treasured goal, and so you need to make sure to use it wisely.
 
TAURUS
Taurus, you have been trying so hard to keep everything in order, within your home, your career, and your family life. It seems that you've been juggling so much recently, and you are tired. You may have taken up most of the select while others seem to neglect their responsibilities and place it all up on your hands. You need to speak up, and you need to state your needs that also need to be met during this time. Whatever you don't speak up about, you are giving permission to continue.
 
GEMINI
You may have taken on way too many projects, Gemini, and it seems that you may have even given your word that you will see them through. All of the hard work that you have been doing on mending those old wounds intending to the needs of others, is being illuminated at this time. This full moon is going to be incredibly transformed no for you, as there is something that you have to let go of in order to bring in something new, perhaps a rebirthing process in which you are restored. This could be an old ideal, a lifestyle choice, or even some aspect of yourself such as a defense mechanism which has held you back and blocked you from receiving the abundance or from attaining treasured goals that you have been trying so hard to reach for. Let it go, cancer, and let something new take its place.
 
LEO
A very troubling phase is ending, and you can make that sigh of relief and knowing that you have done all that you can. However, it does not seem that things are going your way. Perhaps you have to admit defeat, or you have to own up to certain mistakes that you had made in which led things down the turbulent path that you have recently walked. Whatever the case, Leo, it seems that accepting things for the way that they are and moving forward is going to be the best option right now in order to obtain the Peace of Mind that you have been trying so hard to achieve. This will bring about a new pathway in which you can find the healing you need as well as make vital steps in your evolutionary process of becoming your best self.
 
VIRGO
The best model for a Virgo is more than likely: if you want something done right then you need to do it yourself. That may be the case during this time, as there is something that you really want, a goal that you are so close to achieving or a resource that is needed in order to help apply those final touches to a project. You may be presented with an opportunity to receive this, but the only way you can fully reach for it is by extending your own arms. While the moon does heavily oppose you, Libra, it does seem that it is sparking your creative flare as well as empowering your intuitive abilities. You may feel more in tune with others as well as having more intense dreams. SCORPIO
New opportunities await, Scorpio, and you were offered something in which you feel so very connected to. While this might be something that isn't extremely practical and does require you to take a risk or a chance, you still need to proceed slowly and investigate all of the details at play. It seems that things have been rather unfair, Sagittarius, and this might be your own doing. Like your opposite side, Gemini, you may have taken on more than you can handle. Failure to you is the worst, and so you might be a bit reluctant to see this through once more because you do not want to repeat any mistakes. However, you can consider these past mistakes to be learning lessons and try a different route and perhaps you will succeed this time. Most of all, it is very important to know that perspective is everything, and so with the right mental attitude you can achieve anything.
 
AQUARIUS
Something is crumbling, Aquarius, and perhaps you feel there is nothing you can do to prevent it. Or even, you don't want to do anything to prevent it. Whatever the case, you might be in denial and so you are reluctant to face up to what is happening around you. PISCES
What you have been working so very hard for is finally secured, you were in a more stable position, both materially as well as mentally. There has been so much insecurity in the past, so much turbulence, and so the full moon brings you a sign of reassurance that things are going to be OK, and they are going to continue to get much better. You are entering into a phase of recovery in all aspects in which you had felt you were failing in the past.
