Important Information/F.A.Q.

When will I receive my first Ritual Kit?
If you had signed up before the 10th, you will receive your first ritual kit before the next upcoming New Moon (scroll up for New Moon dates & themes)
How do I cancel my Subscription?
Simply fill out the Cancel My Subscription form at least one week before your next payment is due. You can also cancel through PayPal and email will be submitted by them on your behalf.
What if my payment doesn't go through, will my subscription automatically cancel?
Yes, your subscription will automatically cancel after one missed, skipped or declined payment. You can always re-subscribe in the future to continue receiving your monthly ritual kits. Just be sure to subscribe before the 10th of the month for the ritual kit to be focused on the following New Moon.
When Will my Kit be Shipped?
You will be receiving an email from PayPal of the shipping date with tracking number when your kit is shipped. Ritual kits are sent by the 23rd so to arrive well before the upcoming New Moon.
I Can't Find my Ritual Kit
You should have an email with the tracking number that you can research into the progress of when your ritual kit should arrive. If by chance you have not received your ritual kit by the estimated delivered date, then you need to contact the post office. Ritual kits are shipped using USPS.
My Kit is Lost in the Mail
After the kit has left my hands and is in the hands of USPS, I have no control over the shipping progress or arrival times. I am not responsible for the package once it has left my hands -  I would suggest contact USPS to resolve that issue.
My PAckage arrived dammaged/I am missing items
If you have any issues with your ritual kit, please contact me. I will need a photo of the package your kit arrived in to determine if the damage of the fault of USPS or if anything had happened upon opening it. I do try my best to be diligent in providing high quality items that are all accounted for, as well as well-packaged for safe arrival before shipping your kit but am not responsible for anything breaking upon transit from my home to yours. I will gladly replace any missing items, but would need to further investigate any broken items before sending replacements.
My Bracelet Doesn't Fit
Within the Information Intake form, I ask the size of your wrist and will make your bracelet precisely that size. If your bracelet is too tight or too lose, then I would suggest informing me so we can ensure your next kit is adjusted to fit you better. To size your wrist, tie a string around it and then measure it. Be sure to add an extra half inch for comfort as the beads are 8mm in size.
