Return & Refund Policy

WHEN PURCHASING JEWELRY ITEMS:

• Shipping is done within 1-2 weeks of purchase - I do try to get orders out as soon as possible but I do get rather busy at times and am unable to. Thank you for your understanding and patience! :)
• Custom Orders can take up two 6-8 weeks before completion and shipping. You will be notified via email of the time frame.
• You will be emailed a shipping receipt with tracking.

WHEN PURCHASING A TAROT/ORACLE/ASTROLOGY READING:

• Within your receipt of purchase is the link to schedule your reading. The exact time is an estimate - your reading will be sent no later than 10 pm PST (Southern California time) of your scheduled day.
• The customer understands that any decisions made upon oracle/astrology/tarot readings are done at their own discretion and I (the reader) am not responsible for any decisions they had made in regards to the advice received from the reading. For legal reasons, all readings are declared for "entertainment purposes" only.
• All readings are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis and are booked on my online schedule. Customer is responsible for scheduling their own reading through the link provided within their emailed receipt, as stated within each listing. Failure to schedule the reading in a timely manner does not enable client to receive an earlier booking before prior clients who have scheduled. It is advisable that the reading be scheduled as soon as the purchase is done. Rescheduling fees are only applicable for certain readings which are indicated on the listing. If rescheduling is needed, the customer is responsible to reschedule their own reading through the online booking page which is provided within their emailed receipt or reminder/confirmation email. Each reading purchased (if more than one was purchased) is to be scheduled individually. If incorrect reading is scheduled, for example, if a 2-hour reading is scheduled under a 30-minute reading, then the customer understands their reading may be rescheduled and no refund will be issued.
• Any concerns or questions in regards to scheduling should be emailed directly to me (the reader) via email or through the contact form listed on the website.
• If the client/customer is dissatisfied with the reading result, please email me directly before leaving a review so to further understand the reading. At times readings will predict future events that are forthcoming and so it is advisable to give it a little time before making a judgment.
• Please note that I am typically 3-6 weeks booked in advance at all times. Readings that can be sent sooner have the details of the time frame listed on their listing page.

Bottom Line...

• No Returns or Refunds on Jewelry Items, Ritual Kits, Resin Items, Ect. All sales are final.
• No Refunds on Astrology, Tarot/Oracle Readings, PDF's or downloads, or Custom Orders - including jewelry and customized packages.
• If resizing for bracelets or jewelry items are needed, customer will have to pay shipping costs for both sending item(s) back to me and for me to send it back to them. A separate invoice will be emailed to them for the costs of shipping.
• If items are missing within physical orders, please email me directly so to resolve the issue. If items are broken from mishandling by mailing (USPS), I am not responsible but will more than happily help resolve the issue in any way I am able to.
