The New Moon kicks Virgo season into motion August 27. This season is all about digging deep to release the things which do not serve us. However, being at 4 degrees, we can thankfully welcome in the softness the Cancerian energy brings. This pinpoints the theme of this New Moon to be centered around our daily habits and how they correspond to our environmental influences, our home, and our goals.

When the Moon is in Virgo, it is at its most logical, cynical, and nagging, meaning that many of us become nit-picky over the small things that we’d normally let slide, but Virgoan energy pays attention to the details that are usually missed. Tidying up those small things might seem meticulous and overkill, but overall, they play a big part and can change the course of everyday life in very positive ways.

The New Moon also ignites the divine feminine's demand for safety, security, and more trust in our environments so there is the right space to thrive in creation mode. This is where the nit-picky Virgo goes in and sees that higher potential, then assesses what must go in order to obtain it.

It’s time to start cultivating on what has been gained, and taking it to a whole new level in the areas of our homes, close connections, and need for emotional security.
