Be Loved.

The Full Moon in Libra illuminates the foundation we are standing on, revving up the work Pluto’s Retrograde will soon be instilling upon us as we enter the pre-shadow period. We may receive glimpses of the cracks and unsteadiness, threatening to pulverize what we have built. This may have people choosing war over peace, scrambling to keep those cracks sealed, and repositioning the weight to form more balance. The anger, desperation, and anxiety that could be stirred up, can be detrimental to maintaining the peace we truly want to obtain.

When the Moon is in Libra, we are a bit reluctant to make hasty decisions because of weighing all the possibilities available. We want fairness and for everyone to have their fair share, as equality is the goal. However, with the Aries energy taking the reins of the Sun, the oppositional energy wants us to also consider what is fair for us as well.

The Full Moon arrives at 11:54 AM at 26°, empowering the influence of Venus, which pinpoints the areas of our personal relationships, self-worth, and our value-system. Our finances may also come into the spotlight during the Full Moon as well. We are urged to take a closer look at the imbalances within our lives that create an uneasy foundation or personal blockages as well as self-imposed limitations that keep us from reaching treasured goals, maintain harmonic relationships, and placing restrictions on our financial goals.

The goal is to focus on love – on what we love to do, who we love, and what we love about ourselves. With the Sun inconjunct with Chiron, our wounds have been triggered during the prior New Moon in Aries, and so Libra comes to remind us that we can love our flaws, that our wounds make way for our art, and how we can find meaningful ways to express our pain through the alchemic artform of transmutation. This is how we can find balance once again, by making peace with our wounds, our internal wars, and mending the bridge that we had once burned out of defensiveness.
