Before purchasing and using a crystal it is very wise to understand what they have to offer. Crystals can do a number of things for you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Not all of them will show results immediately as some take a lot of work to activate. Through research and meditation you will be able to decide which ones are right for you.
Below is a list of crystals that I own and have personal experience with, it's not finished and I will be adding some more here and there so be sure to check back for updates. Amber

Amber is the stone of Purification; healing body, mind, and soul. It has been used throughout centuries for healing effects similar to penicillin and this stone works great with both the Solar Plexus and Throat Chakras - bringing a strong sense of will, joy, and expression. This beautiful stone is transparent fossilized tree resin that is usually gold or brown in color, and sometimes having perfectly preserved insects or small animals within it.

Mind: One of many, this stone is a Record-Keeper and awakens memories within us. This may not seem as such a good thing as it may bring out repressed memories that we chose to keep locked away for the sake of trying to move on - however it is actually very beneficial as you can never fully move on and lead a happy life if you don't let the things you need to go and make peace with your past. Amber will also fill you with confidence, a strong sense of will, fills you with joy, and heightens your self-expression so you may accomplish your dreams effortlessly with a happy smile on your face.

Amethyst is one of the most used crystals and a favorite to many people as it encourages a calm mind for meditation and is very helpful in getting a good night's sleep. This beautiful and very useful quartz crystal ranges in shades of purple from light lavender to a deep purple.

Mostly green, this stone can also range in colors from blue, blue-green, brownish-red, gray, yellow.

Throughout history in different cultures this powerful stone was used in banishing rituals and for restoring positive energy with anything or anyone it comes in contact with. Black Tourmaline doesn't have to ever be cleansed as it destroys negativity. This stone is beneficial for anyone experiencing hard times as it will truly help them find the strength to see through it and will aid in bringing good fortune back to them. Tourmaline comes in a few different colors and for each it has it's own healing qualities and is great for all chakras.

A very powerful stone for women - Bloodstone helps activate and clear both the Root & Sacral Chakras making it ideal for helping with all menstrual symptoms as well as for easing issues with pregnancy and child birth, and that is just a fraction of what this stone can do. This beautiful and extremely powerful crystal is actually a form of Jasper with red specs all over it. I refer to Blue Calcite as the "Wizard's Stone" as it's very powerful for working with your psychic gifts. Also known as the "Wish Stone", you would find this crystal very beneficial for ritualistic practices relating to the Law of Attraction. Calcite comes in many different colors and each ones is related to a Chakra which governs that same color.

Danburite comes in colors ranging from clear to yellow - being great crystals for the Crown Chakra, and pink which is perfect in opening the Heart Chakra. This crystal is very special for connecting you to the Angelic domain for receiving divine guidance on where your true path lies.

Fluorite is found in a variety of all the colors in the rainbow and the color of the specific piece will determine which chakra it belongs to, but it works great for all the upper chakras: Crown, Brow, Throat and Heart. It's name is Latin for "to flow" and just like that, this stone is great for encouraging an open flow for enhancing spiritual gifts and healing.

Known as the most powerful crystal for healing in all aspects: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. This shiny metallic crystal obtains a cold temperature and is documented to be used in the desert for travelers to keep cool inside and out. Governing the Root and Solar Plexus chakras it aligns you with the Will to heal and keeps you grounded.

Mind: Great for overcoming phobias or irrational fears as it helps you feel safe and secure in your environment. Alleviates stress, anxiety, and insomnia. Keeps you "cool headed" so if you're one to easily blow up over a situation or have a hard time managing your stress then this stone is ideal.
Body: Draws out illness and infections. Because it keeps a cool temperature it would be ideal for relieving fevers. Helps in relieving menstrual cramps.
Soul: Great for during and after meditation. Very grounding but also enhances psychic abilities so it would depend on your intent when using it. Protection from negativity.
Other: Keeping a small hematite in your pocket during the day can dramatically help in stress management and for not allowing negative situations to ruin your inner peace. From personal experience I know this crystal to work with the flu and have used it to draw an infection out and pain relief from a wisdom tooth that was growing in my sinus cavity - I had to get it removed but before I used the crystal I was in pain and could taste the infection, after using it the swelling had gone down and no antibiotics were needed before or after the abstraction.

From personal experience I know this crystal to work with the flu and have used it to draw an infection out and pain relief from a wisdom tooth that was growing in my sinus cavity - I had to get it removed but before I used the crystal I was in pain and could taste the infection, after using it the swelling had gone down and no antibiotics were needed before or after the abstraction.

The "Stone of Transformation" from an extraterrestrial origin.
