Cards # 1

8 of Wands | Receive

The common theme of all three of the cards is all about reaching out and grasping onto the abundance you desire. These two cards speak loud and clear when they say that you truly deserve all of the abundance in the World that you desire. So what’s stopping you from reaching out?

The 8 of Wands is a fiery card of passion and skill, combining the two together to form greatness that is both unique and magical to those who are touched by your craft. You are noticed for all of the good you offer, and of your selfless acts of service. You shine brightly, and others take notice because there is nothing brighter than that of someone doing what they love with passion.

Receive joins in to say that you shouldn’t back down or remain overly humble to the compliments and gifts that are presented to you. After all, you put in the work and effort into mastering this craft of yours, and so the Universe is going to let you know that you are on the right path by channeling that energy through others.

I also feel that these two cards speak of the Law of Attraction. On the 22nd of this month we will have Neptune moving direct which is major on manifestation and taking a chill pill when it comes to the harshness reality can bring. This means that its time to go back to dreaming, but, to focus our energy onto the dreams we want to come true.

0 the Fool | Gratitude

The Fool in Tarot typically represents a journey, or adventure, in which you are to take a leap of faith, or shot in the dark that is based solely on belief more than logic. This is a card of magic because the Fool is one to set out and create its own magic. The 3rd dimensional hustle and bustle of life doesn’t interest the energies within this card, because the masked figure on it does things differently than most, and walks to the beat of its own drum. There is no such thing as conformity, nor control when it comes to this card.

Gratitude is all about appreciating what you have, and not focusing on what you lack. What you think, you attract. Focus your energy onto all of the reasons why you are blessed. As they say: those who don’t believe in magic, will never find it. When you believe, and emit the frequency of gratitude, you will attract more reason to feel blessed.

If you feel that what you need is too far out of reach, then ask your Angels, your guides, and the Universe to help align what you desire onto your path. This might require more faith, than planning. Believe that what you want, is already yours.

9 of Wands | Seek

The 9 of Wands really isn’t a favorite card of many readers out there, because it usually speaks of stress from being overwhelmed by responsibility, primarily by things you may have put off from the past. This is the card that sneaks up and bites you in the butt, to remind you that you can’t have that thing you want, until you take care of what you are avoiding, or procrastinating about. However… this is also a card of immense creativity. While the 8 of Wands represents being busy and in the spotlight from your creative skills, the 9 of Wands is all of the work that comes with it.

With the Seek card to pair with the 9 of Wands, I feel the biggest message in this reading is: Ask, and you shall receive. What do you want? Ask. What do you need? Ask.

Basically, reach out, and speak up.

There is work to be done, and you have the resources to do it. Even if you feel fatigued, or low in energy, there are many capable hands around you which can help, as well as your spirit team to back you up. Don’t feel boxed in by the weight of what is placed on your shoulders, mind over matter, whistle while you work and try to adopt a positive attitude – not only will your job be done quicker, but with changing your perspective from obligation to taking pride in your work, you will find it much enjoyable as well. Not to mention, the 9 of Wands also speaks of abundance, or new opportunities coming your way, but first you need to clear your plate. So get the work done, rather than resenting what you have to do, and your attitude will determine the size of the rewards presented by the universe.
