Cards # 1
2 of Cups | Deer
Be gentle with yourself and others. Although the 2 of Cups speaks of love and intuition, paired with the Deer is says these are qualities you need to adopt into a situation that might be frustrating, or involves people who are somewhat aggressive.
You are entering a phase where abundance is coming, but, it will not come easily. You don’t need to fight for it, rather, you need to sacrifice your ego needs and allow your heart to lead you. While your intuition might be strong, and you can feel the nudges from spirit trying to push you down a certain path, you cannot hear what your gut is trying to tell you if your ego or mind is outweighing the heart and soul. Its time to be soft, gentle, and to promote peace.
This is a time where creativity outweighs logic. If you are challenged by someone, or a situation, then simply take a step back and allow your imagination to run wild with solutions rather than going about things the same old way.
You might be presented with an opportunity that involves more soul than anything else, and while it might not pay out as much as you’d like in the physical realm, your heart will fill overflowed with contentment if you decide to take it on.
Cards # 2
9 of Pentacles | Hummingbird
The Hummingbird is often seen a positive symbol, representing both love and the sweetness that life offers. Paired with the 9 of Pentacles it says that its time to take a look at all you had accomplished, and be ready to receive the fruits of your labor, and then some.
However, you might not be completely satisfied and feel that there is more to accomplish, and you are right, there is always a next level to mount towards. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t take a moment to enjoy all that you had worked for. As they say, a grateful attitude is the number ingredient to open the floodgates of abundance, and you can’t bring about more if you feel you don’t have enough. So take a moment and be proud.
These cards also speak of ending disputes and creating harmony in your environment. You might have had to smooth things over with someone recently, or with a group of people. Perhaps you were acting as the mediator for others, or you were directly involved – whatever the case, you have succeeded in bringing peace back into your circle.
Cards # 3
9 of Wands | Owl
There is something from the past that you need to take care of, or perhaps you have been procrastinating on your To-Do list. Whatever it may be, it needs to get done because you have something wonderful coming your way, and it can’t come through if you are too busy trying to race towards deadlines, or even worse, missing out because you have too much on your plate.
The Owl represents both a sharp mind and strong intuition, and with the 9 of Wands it says that you might need to meditate to find your center so that you can tackle the obstacles, or your heavy To-Do list with ease. Of course, everything is easier said than done, but with the strength to change your perspective with the way you see things, you can pick up the momentum and determination to see things through.
Also, do not forget you have many resources available that you need, as well as the support from others to get things done. You might not know where to start, so rather than seeing the big picture, bring it down to smaller versions and work from there, and soon you won’t even feel as if you are overburdened or that the work before you is such a drag.
Rather than resenting the work before you, or pushing it off even longer, change your attitude and things will run more smoothly for you.
